Texttiles Centres Infrastructure Development Scheme - TCIDS

Under this Scheme, Corporation had proposed for Umargam Estate for 22.31 Crores on 11-06-02 as well as for Sachin Estate for 27.67 Crores on the same date to upgrade infrastructure facilities to State Govt. State Govt. has constituted a State level committee under the chairmanship of secretary (Industry) the revised Proposal has been prepared by GITCO for Umargam Estate for the total project cost of Rs. 18.54 Crores and it is already submitted to GOI directly by VC & MD in the meeting dated. 05-05-03. on this proposal, Textiles Commissioner, Ahmedabad on 28-11-03 as well as to GOI to 01-12-03.
