EMPANELMENT NOTICE

GIDC would like to prepare the list of Empanelment Consultants/Third Party Quality Assurance Agencies/Material Testing Laboratories for the works of infrastructure development of Industrial Estates. Previously notice was displayed on Website and published in Newspaper on 19/9/2007 and the last date of application was fixed as 30/9/2007. Number of agencies have applied and given presentation also. It is felt that some agencies are remaining and they have interest for registering their name with GIDC. Therefore, last chance is given by this notice to interested agencies for applying for Empanelment for Consultancy services/ Third Party Quality Assurance Agencies/Material Testing Laboratories, failing which GIDC will take decision and finalise the list. The application should reach this office latest by 30/11/2007 and presentation is arranged on 3/12/07 at 11.00 hrs. at GIDC, 3rd floor, Block No.4, Udyog bhavan, Sector-11, Gandhinagar. Applications should reach to Superintending Engineer (HO), 3rd floor, Block No.4, Udyog bhavan, Sector-11, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, before due date. Subsequent to that the applicants will be required to make presentation to GIDC, based on which final decision will be taken. GIDC reserve the right to accept/reject any or all offers, without giving reasons thereof.
